Some locations may require extended delivery times

Processing Time:

• 1 business day for in-stock items (Mon-Sat)
• 2-3 days for custom/bulky lighting fixtures

Delivery Duration:

Kerala : 2-4 business days

South India: 3-6 business days

North/West/East India: 5-10 business days

Remote Areas*: 7-14 business days

Note: Delays may occur during festivals or extreme weather

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Standard Shipping on all orders over QAR2000

Oversized Items (chandeliers, etc.): Flat QAR199 shipping fee

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

5. DELIVERY DAY PROTOCOL

What to Expect:

• Courier will call before delivery for fragile items
• Inspection Tip: Check packaging before accepting

Failed Deliveries:

• 2 delivery attempts will be made
• After failed attempts, package held at local hub for 3 days

6. SPECIAL CASES

• Refuse delivery if package is visibly damaged
• Email info@asalacenter.qa within 24 hours with:

• Photos of damaged item + packaging
• Order number

Lost in Transit

• We’ll initiate trace with courier
• Reship or refund within 3 business days

7. IMPORTANT NOTES

• Address Accuracy: Double-check during checkout - incorrect addresses may delay delivery
• COD Restrictions: Not available for orders above QAR5,000
