Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across India.
  • Some remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional shipping charges (if applicable).

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 7-10 business days (subject to courier availability)
  • The exact delivery time frame will be shown at checkout based on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders (No hidden charges).
  • For bulk/commercial orders, delivery costs (if any) will be communicated before confirmation.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • Via the courier partner's website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • The courier will make 2 delivery attempts.
  • If undelivered:
  • The package will be held at the nearest courier hub for 3 days (available for pickup).
  • After that, it will be returned to us, and a refund/re-shipment can be arranged (shipping charges may apply for re-delivery).

7. Address & Contact Details

  • Ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are correct.
  • Wrong addresses may lead to delays or return of the package.

8. Damaged/Missing Orders

  • Damaged Delivery:
  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.
  • Notify us within 24 hours with photos at info@asalacenter.qa for a replacement/refund.
  • Lost in Transit:
  • If the order doesn't arrive within the estimated time, we'll investigate and resend/refund as needed.
